Cancellation Policy
Online booking is available for consultation requests, project intake calls, estimating discussions, and approved service follow-ups. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee project acceptance, service availability, pricing, emergency response, or a confirmed site visit. Paxor Construction reviews each request for service fit, location, urgency, scope, documentation readiness, and team availability before confirming the appointment. A booking is not confirmed until Paxor reviews the request and sends a confirmation. Paxor may reschedule, decline, or redirect requests that fall outside approved service areas, service lines, availability, documentation requirements, or project-fit standards.
